What a day yesterday. 2nd year racing in Homer. The race is short but it's so much fun in those 30 miles. Zooooooom! Another killer day with temps in mid 60's with no wind. I felt great. We started fast working our way up to the main group by halfway. Josh & I hammered the last 10 miles taking turns on the front. The pavement sections were so fast hitting 30 mph. Some strong racers. Josh took 1st place Fat Bike & 2nd place Fatty for me. Josh 2nd and myself 3rd overall at 20.2 avg. WOW! That's flying on a fat bike. Buz won the 21 mile Fat bike. Good stuff! We hit Alum Creek P2 trails on the way home. Fun stuff! Proud of Josh & Buz!
