Weekend Wrap Up

Busy Saturday. Got out for a midnight 19 miler around Fundalia. Beautiful night. I headed back to Westwood after an amazing TDF finale. Westwood is my fav place now. Hayes is overgrown which is a bummer. HW is ok but really buggy this time of year. No one at Westwood. Solo Fatty fun! I started at a good tempo. The legs felt good on the hills, so I kept it going. New PR. I cruised Lap 2 taking photo's plus enjoying the scenery. Fun stuff!

 Fun day going to Indianapolis with Big Tim, Joshium, & Buz. We rode the trail in reverse for the first time. We usually always do Sunday's.  I rode the first lap with Buz. He was peppy. Yeah! Big Tim & Josh took off. Lap 2 I rode with them. Josh led the way. He was going fast. 3rd lap back with Buz. Fun stuff! Ride # 2 at Westwood on the way home. Best it's been in years. Love that place. Fun day of riding!

Mad Cow Ramble TT # 8

 MCR TT /# 8 in the books. 2 TT's. 4.8 miles & 2.93 miles. Downhill on the profile with a few uphill sections. Tailwind at 9-10 mph. The weather was great. 74 degrees with no humidity. WOW! This Summer has been brutal. I work all day in it. I'm exhausted. Tonight felt awesome. Both TT's were on the same road. No turns. Just go Fast! I got started fairly well. Felt pretty good. The last mile got bumpy. All of a sudden my Garmin screen flew off like a hood coming off a car. lol I had no idea my speed, ut I just pushed to the finish. 29.2 mph avg. 311 avg watts.

TT # 2 started a mile South. 2.9 miles. Downhill then a 3% grinder for a mile then down grade to the finish. I had no data. I eased a bit on the uphill, but finished well. 30.2 mph avg. 319 avg watts. The guys were on fire. Sean was flying as usual. Josh really impressed. Howard put in some of his best times in a while. Tebow attacked as usual. Proud of these guys.

Fatty JB Tuesday

 Stoile one at JB with Big Tim. It rained a bit at the park, but not too bad. I cruised on the newer Farley. First ride of the year on it. It was humid & hot. Glad cooler weather is coming. TT tomorrow!

Cow Country Monday

 Easy spin on the Madone in Cow Country followed by a quick TT spin checking the position. Yep always fine tuning. Humid today, but that's changing come Wednesday. Wednesday's Mad Cow TT should have great weather.
