MCR TT # 7

 Hot Mad Cow Ramble TT # 7. Tough course. The guys killed it. 9th day in a row. The legs were certainly not fresh. I started on fire. I hit a bump after 2 miles. Nose of my saddle tilted down. Arggggg I was able to keep going at least. Watts dropped tho. Still a good effort at 25.8 avg. TT # 2 on the fat bike at 19.4 avg. Yeah! Josh & Howard rode great. 90 degrees is tough. Mooooo!

Fatty JB Tuesday

Fun 1 hour 45 minutes of singletrack with Buz at John Bryan. Hot, but not humid. The trails were killer! 8th day on a row. We will see if I have any legs for tomorrow's MCR TT! Mooooo!

Double Monday

Fun commute on the E-Bike following by a 20 miler from Brookville. Less humidity. Temps were nicer too. 7 days in a row. Nice Summer day!

Weekend Wrap Up

 TT work on Saturday before the heat, I rode T.Bolt's B-Day TT route. Still challenging. Have to do it all out soon. 90 degrees by 9:30 a.m. lol Back on the TT bike for a spin before a fun Cow Country road ride with The Beast, Joshium, & T.Bolt. Pretty good week considering the heat.

Fatty Gravel Friday

Tried to beat the heat in Liberty this morning. That failed. haha Wow temps went up faster than predicted. No wind either. I rode Clockwise today. Some climbing early on then SE to the flat lands. The gravel roads had a fresh coat which made things slower. I had 2 big bottles. I ran out when I pulled back to the truck. 98 degrees at before noon is crazy. LOL

Heat Spin Thursday

Another crazy hot day. I took my 5.9 Madone, Emonda ALR, Speed Concept, & Farley with me. I did laps around Bethel. Fun riding different bikes plus checking my saddle positions too. Crazy I have 3 other fat bikes, 2 more Madone's, an E-bike, 26" MTB, & a retro Trek 560 Road Bike at home too. haha

Late Night Wednesday

 Summer late night rides are the best. Working in the heat all day is exhausting, I went out 11:45 and it was still 83 degrees. haha Fun stuff!
