Fatty Westwood Tuesday

 

Big Tim & I headed to Nerw Castle for some Westwood action. Love this place! Real Mountain Biking. We got in 2 laps. Tim was flying on his E-MTB. My laps were pretty good with my 2nd lap a minute faster. Beautiful evening. We had the park to ourselves! Yeah!

Cow Country Monday

Back on the bike after a rest weekend. Beautiful weather today. Howatd & I got in a fun 37 miler in Cow Country. We stopped by the same spot I was at Friday. We almost got eaten. lol We left from Bethel heading East through New Carlisle. Milton - Carlisle has just been resurfaced. It's been many years. Nice! We then headed North near North Hampton for our Squatch photo's. lol We continued NW to Christiansburg via Ballentine then Addison - Carlisle. We put in a few efforts on Casstown - Clark West. Tailwind South from Casstown. The bugs were massive. Miles of riding though them. lol Up the Cow Hill, Hammerhead Hill, then up Rudy. Old times goodness. I paced Howard up Rudy. I let out a big loud " Keith" at the top. Miss those days! Great ride!

Medway Friday

 

Back on the road bike. 20 miler from Medway. Cloudy skies which was nice. Easy spin enjoying the evening. Ran into my squatch buddy again. LOL

Fatty MoMBA Thursday

 Busy day, but got out to MoMBA for a 70 minute spin ride. Last ride without my Garmin. New one arrived today, but wasn't charged. I used my Strava app on my phone.  Looking forward to tomorrow's adventure!

P-Hill Wednesday

37 miler with T.Bolt & Joshium from P-Hill. Sunshine & low 80's. Tailwind on the second half. Good times!
