Stole one on the fatty between showers. Luckily I was a hour in when i had a rear flat. Sealant was old. Argggg. I headed to Big Tim's for some bike repair on my Madone. He added sealant and all good. I got home in time to race Zwift TT Glascow. 2 miles of pain with a nasty hill. The legs were tired. Steady effort tho including a PR on the hill. I took 1st Place with Josh 2nd. 356 avg watts. Not bad. It's a rest week. I might get out Sunday for a spin. Next week has 2 races. Looking forward to it.
