Quick 20 minute Rouvy ride this morning. Long day, but got out for a 50 minute Fundalia fatty ride. I put in a few intervals. Power numbers were good. 60 degrees to start. 57 when i finished. Tomorrow gets chilly. Good rest day planned. haha Awesome evening to ride tho. Vandalia changed their sign for me. LOL
